By accessing or using Friendship.fm ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Friendship.fm is a social music discovery platform that allows users to:

• Share music tracks from streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Qobuz)
• Follow friends and see their music shares
• Discover new music through a randomized shuffle feed
• Comment on and interact with shared music

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide a valid email address
• Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU)
• Agree to these Terms of Service
• Not impersonate others or create fraudulent accounts

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. Account deletion is permanent and will result in the immediate removal of all your data, including posts, comments, and followers.

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Content

You may not post, share, or transmit content that:

• Harassment: Bullies, threatens, or harasses individuals or groups
• Hate Speech: Promotes hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, or immigration status
• Violence: Glorifies violence or contains graphic violent content
• Adult Content: Contains pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Illegal Activities: Promotes illegal activities or violates laws
• Spam: Is misleading, deceptive, or spam
• Private Information: Shares others' personal information without consent
• Impersonation: Impersonates others in a misleading manner

4.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Friendship.fm a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content through the Service.

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms. Content reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.

5. Safety Features

5.1 Reporting Content

You can report objectionable content by tapping the "Report" option on any post or comment. All reports are taken seriously and reviewed promptly.

5.2 Blocking Users

You can block any user to prevent them from interacting with you or viewing your content. To block a user, visit their profile and select "Block User."

5.3 Our Response

When content is reported, we will:

• Review the report within 24 hours
• Remove violating content immediately
• Take appropriate action against the violating account (warning, suspension, or permanent ban)
• Notify you of the outcome

6. Enforcement

6.1 Violations

Violations of these Terms may result in:

• Content removal
• Account warnings
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to law enforcement (for illegal activity)

6.2 Repeat Offenders

Accounts with multiple violations will be permanently banned from the Service.

7. Music Service Integration

Friendship.fm integrates with third-party music services (Spotify, Apple Music). You are responsible for complying with those services' terms of service. We are not responsible for issues with third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Friendship.fm name, logo, and app are owned by us. You may not use our trademarks without permission. Music and artist content shared through the Service belong to their respective copyright holders.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of user-generated content
• Availability of third-party music services

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friendship.fm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
